Dr. Cohen's 1st Personal Diet does not require you to purchase any kind of specially prepared food, or diet pills. Instead, it provides you with an individual eating plan that is designed for you. You may eat various types of red and white meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruit, cheese and yogurt.
