  HOW MANY CRACKERS AM I ALLOWED ON THE DIET?

The number of crackers allowed on your personal diet page is based on a 5.85 g cracker.

If your cracker weighs less or more than 5.85 g – calculate how many crackers you can eat every day. Example: If you are allowed 5 crackers a days = 5 x 5.85 g = 29.25 grams of crackers a day.     6 crackers = 35.1 grams crackers a day and so on.

The recommended ingredients are (per 100 g): Energy 1720 kJ/411.05 k/cal, Protein 12.80g, Carbohydrates 71.50g. Total Fat 7.90g.
